Course Goal
About the Course
The NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Blended Learning is a two-part course consisting of an Self Study Module (completed online- at your own pace) and a hands-on practical portion conducted at a range under the guidance and supervision of 3 NRA-Certified Instructors. The course is intended for all people regardless of previous shooting experience or NRA-affiliation.
This Course is a Approx. 12 Total Hours –
- Phase I – Approx. 6 Hours Online Training
- Phase II – Approx. 6 Hours Live Training with an NRA Certified Instructors.
Bring Your Own Pistol or Choose from one of the 30+ provided. If you do not own a pistol DO NOT buy one for this class. You can try the different pistols we provide and learn about Selecting the Proper Pistol for You.
To start this course we will provide you a Code required to enroll in the online course.
During the instructor-led-training portion of the course, an NRA Certified Instructor will validate comprehension and application of gun safety rules; range protocol; proper handling; loading and unloading procedures; application of pistol shooting fundamentals; stable shooting positions; live fire; and a final shooting qualification.
All Classes are Very Family and Female-Friendly.

The Successful completion of this course accredits you to meet the application requirements for a “Non-Resident Concealed Carry Permit” In many other states
